Hex Head Sealing Screw Zinc Plated With Pre Installed Washer For Automotive Lighting Marine Equipment Installation
Hex head sealing screws come with a rubber O ring pre installed in a precision machined groove under the hex head. When tightened with a wrench the hex head design allows for high torque application ensuring the O ring compresses fully against the mating surface to create a complete watertight seal.
These self sealing bolts are ideal for underground electrical enclosures, water treatment facilities, marine equipment, automotive exterior lighting, and industrial junction boxes that require IP68 rated protection against prolonged water immersion.
The hex head design provides excellent grip for power tools and wrenches making installation quick and secure. No separate sealing washer or liquid sealant is needed which reduces assembly time and eliminates mess.
Available in stainless steel 304 for maximum corrosion resistance or galvanized carbon steel for cost effective outdoor use. O ring materials include NBR for general purpose, silicone for wide temperature range, and Viton for chemical resistance.
