This self sealing screw has a rubber O ring fitted right onto the shaft. When you drive it in the O ring gets squeezed between the screw head and the surface creating a tight seal that keeps water and dust from getting through.

You won't need extra sealing washers or messy sealant. Just grab your screwdriver or power tool and drive it in. The seal is done in one step.

These screws work well anywhere moisture is a problem. Think outdoor electrical boxes marine equipment car lights solar panel junction boxes or factory control panels.

We make them in different head styles like Phillips pan head flat head countersunk and hex head. Thread sizes go from M3 up to M8. The

screw body is stainless steel 304 or 316 so it holds up against rain salt and humidity.

Need a different rubber material for the O ring We can do silicone or Viton depending on your temperature or chemical requirements.
