Intelligent Screw & Nut Production
Our fully automated screw and nut workshops are equipped with multi-station cold heading machines, 3-die 6-blow machines, and advanced thread rolling equipment. Integrated sensors monitor machine health and product dimensions in real-time, capable of producing M1-M22 screws and M2-M16 nuts with unprecedented speed and consistency.
High-Precision CNC & Stamping
Featuring high-precision continuous stamping machines capable of producing components under 1.0mm, and single-punch molds for 3-5mm thickness. Our Swiss-type lathes and CNC machining centers achieve mind-blowing tolerances as low as 2-3 silk (0.02-0.03mm), driven by AI algorithms that automatically adjust tool wear compensation.
Automated Gasket & Washer Cells
Our dedicated gasket stamping workshop autonomously produces a vast array of custom washers, including spring washers, flat washers, and square washers. By utilizing intelligent material feeding systems, we eliminate material waste and significantly boost our overall production capacity, ensuring rapid fulfillment of massive global orders.

These systems utilize high-speed cameras and machine learning to accurately detect screw dimensions and surface defects, preventing any mixed materials. Chemical & Environmental
Our X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectrometer conducts deep elemental analysis and ensures compliance with strict environmental standards like REACH and RoHS. Refrigerators are used for rigorous hydrogen embrittlement testing to prevent product fractures.
Durability Testing
Equipped with salt spray testers, constant temperature/humidity chambers, friction resistance testers, and metallographic cutting/mounting machines, we simulate years of harsh environmental exposure to guarantee long-term reliability.
