Strengthening Safety Culture: Yuhuang 2025 Company-Wide Fire Safety Training
Strengthening Safety Awareness, Building a Secure Workplace
Safety is the foundation of stable operations and sustainable development. In order to further enhance employees’ fire safety awareness, improve emergency response capabilities, and strengthen the company’s overall safety management system, a comprehensive fire safety drill was successfully organized on April 2, 2025. All employees actively participated in the activity, which included three key stages: mobilization and deployment, theoretical knowledge training, and hands-on fire extinguishing practice.
This well-structured drill reflected the company’s long-standing commitment to creating a safe, orderly, and risk-controlled working environment.
Mobilization and Safety Deployment
The event began with a formal mobilization session held in the company courtyard. Under the morning sun, employees gathered in an organized formation to listen carefully to the deployment instructions and safety arrangements. The activity emphasized the importance of fire prevention in daily production and office operations, reinforcing the concept that safety is everyone’s responsibility.
Management representatives highlighted that in a manufacturing-oriented enterprise, potential risks such as electrical equipment, production machinery, and storage areas must always be carefully monitored.

Theoretical Knowledge Learning
Following the mobilization, the drill proceeded to a structured theoretical knowledge training session. Through detailed explanations and visual materials, employees systematically reviewed essential fire safety concepts, including common causes of workplace fires, classification of fire types, appropriate extinguisher selection, emergency evacuation routes, and correct initial fire-handling procedures. Particular attention was given to the company’s internal fire prevention plan and emergency response mechanisms, ensuring that all staff clearly understood reporting processes and designated safety assembly points.
Practical Fire Extinguishing Demonstration
To translate knowledge into practical skills, the drill included a hands-on fire extinguishing demonstration. Vice General Manager Zheng personally conducted the practical instruction, carefully demonstrating the proper use of a fire extinguisher, including pressure inspection, removal of the safety pin, aiming at the base of the flame, and maintaining safe spraying distance. His clear explanation of each operational step provided employees with an intuitive and standardized understanding of emergency fire control techniques.

Strengthening a Culture of Safety Responsibility
The drill concluded with a collective review of the company’s fire safety plan, further clarifying evacuation routes, departmental responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms in emergency situations. The organized formation and serious expressions of employees reflected a deep understanding that safety management is a continuous process rather than a one-time activity.
Moving forward, the company will continue to conduct regular safety training and drills, refine risk control mechanisms, and embed safety awareness into daily operations.
