SEMS screws, also referred to as combination screws, are pre-assembled one-piece fastener assemblies consisting of a screw and one or multiple washers locked onto the screw shank. The washer is retained securely and cannot slide off during transit, storage or assembly operations. This integrated design removes the tedious manual step of matching separate screws and loose washers, bringing tangible efficiency gains to both manual assembly workshops and high-speed automated production lines.
